An Oasis on the edge of the Outback

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: YOUR HOST IS LOU JONES

Pioneer Tourist Park in Deniliquin is a green oasis at the edge of the outback. Call in and take advantage of our drive-through grassed powered sites, or if you prefer, our superb en-suite sites. We also have grassed camping, cabins and fully self-contained houses. All sites are spacious and can accommodate large rigs. Our deciduous trees offer lovely shade during the summer and let the sun stream in during our short winter.

Not only do we welcome pets, we also provide a dog bath and washing machine at a small cost. Only 4 km from the Deniliquin town centre, we are close enough to be handy but far enough to be tranquil.

Things To Do

In and around the park, you can enjoy 25 acres containing a wonderful array of bush walks where wildlife and birds abound. Take a stroll along the shores of our ponds or through the adjoining Red Gum forest, or just relax and take it easy in our beautiful Park. The Deniliquin area has many fine eateries, and is renowned for its fishing in the Edward River.

There are many activities for you to experience including Canoe Tours, Golf, Bowls, and plenty of cycling trails. Events throughout the year include the world famous Ute-Muster, Four X Gold Fishing Classic, and for the motor enthusiast there is the Cruising Nationals during April and Truck Show in September. Around the Easter period why not visit during the DeniFest and some of the ARTS events in town.
