Three Rivers Tourist Park
Gateway to Mundubbera’s Culinary Trail
Three Rivers Tourist Park in Mundubbera is the gateway to Mundubbera's Culinary Trail. Just three and a half hours drive from Toowoomba or Rockhampton, the park is situated in the heart of the North Burnett region and is only minutes from the beautiful fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts grown in the area. The mighty Burnett, the Boyne and the Auburn, are the three rivers that sustain this friendly little community.
This exceptionally well-maintained park offers a diverse range of accommodation including motel style self-contained units, cabins and family villas. For the RV enthusiast, there are large, easily accessible powered and unpowered sites, concrete slabs, town water to sites, free wifi, dump points, excellent digital television reception, good coverage for Optus and Telstra phone network and most importantly, friendly, helpful staff!
The park has two modern amenities blocks; a wheelchair accessible bathroom, family bathroom, coin-operated laundry and a large, well equipped camp kitchen. In the cooler months (May – September) share a story by the communal fire pit from 4pm. In the warmer months (September – April) cool off in the shaded swimming pool. It is only a short walk to the mighty Burnett river, shops, art gallery and museum. Citrus, blueberries, table grapes, mangoes, watermelons, pecan nuts, pumpkins, asparagus and honey is what you may find on your self-drive tour; however, beef, pork, lucerne and timber milling also keep the region alive. Winter brings a vibrancy of colour and nationality to the town as the fruit seasons begin. Mundubbera is one of the friendliest towns along the inland route, let us exceed your expectation and make us part of your journey!
