Mount Gambier Central Caravan Park really is central to the historic town of Mount Gambier with its many tourist attractions, and an easy stroll to superb dining, shopping and sight seeing in town. Mount Gambier is situated on the Limestone Coast, 4.5 hours south east of Adelaide and only 17 km from the Victorian border. Our park is located in a quiet street in the heart of the town and many local tourist sites are an easy drive from the caravan park.
We offer grassy powered and unpowered sites, as well as a range of cabin accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets.
We have sparkling clean amenities and a huge laundry for your convenience. Our camp kitchen has free barbeques, stove and microwave for you to cook up a storm, or else relax in our family/TV room which has a TV, books, magazines, microwave, toaster and kettle for you to use at leisure.
The Limestone Coast is a great holiday destination, with dormant volcanoes dominating the landscape and the famed Blue Lake filling one of the craters. Come at stay at Mount Gambier Central Caravan Park as you explore the World Heritage Listed caves, rugged coastline, wineries and more.

To enjoy the diversity that is Mount Gambier, you can choose to enjoy the beautiful natural attractions such as the Umpherston Sinkhole which is lit up at night, the stunning Blue Lake and Valley Lake, Engelbrecht Caves, Princess Margaret Rose Caves or the Cave Gardens in the centre of town.
If your interests lie in discovering what the area has to offer, visit the interactive Lady Nelson Discovery Centre, Old Mount Gambier Court House, Glencoe Woolshed, Riddoch Art Gallery, Blue Lake Printworks and Souvenirs. Join a tour with the Aquifer Tours of the Blue Lake or enjoy a Glenelg River Cruise in nearby Nelson.
Play a round of golf in the nearby Blue Lake Public Golf Links or take a scenic drive to the nearby towns of Port MacDonnell, Penola, Naracoorte, Beachport or Millicent. Enjoy a glass of wine at the Haig Winery or enjoy a spot of fishing at the nearby Glenelg river.
