Friendly, clean, good value and a very convenient place to stay.  Great Pub across the road, Shops, Jetty and boat ramp within 200m, and minutes from fantastic surf and estuary beaches, forest and wetlands.

Marlo is a fisherman’s paradise surrounded by wetlands, rain forest, sand dunes and backwaters, the estuary boasts some of the best perch and bream fishing to be found anywhere. Along with yellow eyed mullet, trevally, tailor, luderick, and other associated species. Winter brings the excitement of trawling for salmon and tailor in the estuary and off the beach. The sheltered waters allow fishing year round in most weather conditions. We are only a few minutes drive to a number of surf beaches such as Point Ricardo, famous for its great catches of large salmon, tailor, gummy shark, flathead and mullet.
