Local Attractions

Creswick sits between Ballarat and Daylesford and is rich in history, nature and adventure. The town’s biggest attraction is the Djuwang Baring Mountain Bike Trails, opened in late 2024 and already drawing riders from across the country. These purpose-built tracks wind through forested hills and are the reason our mountain biking studios were created, making Creswick a true hub for cycling enthusiasts.

Beyond the trails, you can wander through Creswick Regional Park, explore the old gold mining routes and wildflower hills, or take easy lakeside walks. For a refreshing dip, head to Calembeen Park next door, where you’ll find swimming spots and even a diving board. Park Lake Gardens Reserve is also close by, with a lake, rotunda, and picnic areas shaded by heritage trees.

If you’re keen to dig deeper into the region’s past, visit Anderson’s Mill or the Creswick Museum, or take a tour of the historic Creswick Woollen Mills. For a taste of local life, explore the Creswick Farmers Market on the third Saturday of the month, and enjoy a meal or coffee at one of the welcoming pubs, cafes or the town’s French bakery.

We Will Definitely Be Back

27 Aug, 2025

So much better than the big, over crowded, expensive holiday parks. Amenities were so clean, showers had great pressure which is better than our house. The camp kitchen was very clean too. We had a unpowered tent site for 2 nights…the sections are flat and large in size. The managers accommodated our late arrival and were super friendly….Steve loves a chat and so does my hubby. Next time we come to Creswick we will definitely be staying there again.

A Lovely Park!

27 Aug, 2025

What a lovely park ! And staff are all very helpful and pleasant. The amenities were very clean older but spaciouse and done every day to a high standard.

Green grass mostly and the fun spot for the kids with the lake is right next to it . This is a park I would highly recommend to anyone. A little hidden gem… There is a great team effort to present this park so spotless…,you can see that when you stay there we had 4 nights .

We’ll done Creswick and thankyou for our lovely stay in your park !!
